1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SaaSExtra website, our plans and services (collectively, the “Services”). By browsing the site, signing up for a plan, purchasing a managed service or using our affiliate links, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Our Services

SaaSExtra offers three paths to help agencies, businesses and entrepreneurs deliver and scale:

• GoHighLevel plans

  We refer you to GoHighLevel’s subscription plans through our affiliate links. You start a free trial or purchase an annual plan directly with GoHighLevel. SaaSExtra earns a commission on every referral at no extra cost to you. When you complete your free trial through our link, you unlock £1,000+ in SaaSExtra-provided preconfigured snapshots.

• Executive Assistant

  A fully managed automation bundle — CRM, lead capture, auto-responder and AI assistant — set up, hosted and supported by us, billed monthly at £249.

• SaaSExtra Pro

  Our all-in-one managed plan. We set up and host your account, including the Executive Assistant, 3 sub-accounts and unlimited users, billed monthly at £695.

3. GoHighLevel & Third-Party Platforms

GoHighLevel is a third-party platform. SaaSExtra is an independent affiliate and managed-service provider — we are not GoHighLevel and do not control its platform, pricing, features or terms. Your use of GoHighLevel is subject to GoHighLevel’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any subscription you purchase from GoHighLevel is a direct relationship between you and GoHighLevel; SaaSExtra’s role is limited to referral and, where applicable, managed setup.

4. Snapshots & Bonuses

SaaSExtra provides preconfigured snapshots — workflows, funnels and automations — as a bonus when you start your GoHighLevel free trial or annual plan through our affiliate link. Snapshots are delivered after you complete your free trial. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace snapshot content at any time. Snapshots are provided “as is” and may require configuration to suit your specific business needs.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Managed plans (Executive Assistant and SaaSExtra Pro) are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. You may cancel or upgrade your managed plan at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change with reasonable notice.

6. Affiliate Program

SaaSExtra participates in GoHighLevel’s affiliate program. When you use our affiliate links to sign up for GoHighLevel, we may earn a commission. This does not increase the price you pay. Affiliate commissions are paid by GoHighLevel to SaaSExtra, not by you. We disclose this relationship transparently on every relevant page.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, using the Services for unlawful activities, reverse-engineering or copying our snapshots and configurations for resale, or interfering with the proper functioning of the site. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The SaaSExtra name, logo, website content and preconfigured snapshots are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. GoHighLevel and its branding are the property of GoHighLevel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSExtra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any downtime, data loss or issues originating from third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
